Kakinada Smart City Corporation Ltd. is going to develop a prestigious tourism project “The water front Development” under the ‘ENTERTAINMENT ZONE’ which is a part of Smart City Master Plan submitted to the Central Government. This project Includes Commercial Mall, Multiplex, Landscaping, etc spreading across the area from Indrapalem jn to NTR bridge Jagannaickpur.
The estimated cost of thIS entire Project is Rs.92.00 Crores (only for WATERFRONT Development).
Recently government has decided to kick start the project construction works as the development of Master Plan & formalities are about to complete. Kakinada Smart City Corporation to start the works very soon.
According to our sources, This project starts from Indrapalem Junction, this place caters the services of providing information cum bookings about all recreational/entertainment zones spread across the sprawling along the proposed 2.5 km stretch of the canal.
