We all are familiar with the proposed Beach Park being constructed by central & state government funds adjacent to current Haritha Beach Resorts at Kakinada beach. Its been more than one year since the construction works are started here.

Recently I gave a visit to know the current status of this project. And believe me, it’s roughly 55-65% Completed & slowly shaping into the reality as the major amenities like Internal Roads, road connecting the Beach park and Haritha Beach Resorts, Buildings, Street Lights, Entrance arch are almost completed.
“Only thing really unsatisfied is that, ICONIC DOLPHINS Statues & Fountain works isn’t yet started and that raises serious doubts whether it may get completed by 2018 or not(Scheduled to open for public by 2018 Beach Festival in January.)”
- Newly constructed bridge that is seen uncompleted during this year beach festival is still in the same condition with no approach railings, lighting works etc.
